As a regular user, you can place a new order by selecting "Menu" in the main navigation. Use the calendar function to generate a unique menu per day. You can complete checkout in 3 easy steps:
1. Choose dates you will be in the office. Each date will generate a unique menu available for the day.
2. Choose your meal(s) for each day. Scroll up/down to see products within a day, and left/right to toggle between Delivery Dates.
3. Add to cart and checkout. Apply any wallet credits or promo codes if you have them.
1. 24 hours before each delivery, we'll send you an email to remind you of upcoming order(s).
2. Visit the designated pick up point anytime to collect your order, signing the respective Claim Sheet.
3. We'll send you one last reminder to claim your food after delivery. Any unclaimed orders will be forfeited at the end of each day.
You can find the available meal options within any given day by using the MENU function and following the instructions. There are two main categories of food: Fixed Assortment are typically the cheapest, best seller products that are available regularly, changing on a monthly basis, and Rotating Products are slightly more premium products, that change on a daily basis.
Both Fixed Assortment and Rotating Products are available everyday across 5 primary categories: Asian, Western, Filipino, Healthy, and Drinks & Desserts.
All of our food products are prepared fresh, chilled, and deliveredin the same day, following GMP & HACCP-certified standards (the highest, international standard of food safety). Your food is kept cold to maximize the freshness of the products, until the moment you are ready to eat. Simple re-heat your dish for the best possible experience, following the instructions on the packaging!
1. Log in to your account, scroll down to your Dashboard.
2. Click the order you want to edit or cancel.
3. Click amend order.
4. Select the change you want to make.
You can edit or cancel orders anytime within the cut-off period (24 hours before delivery date, with a midnight cut-off), or whenever the calendar functionality displays in the platform. There are no penalties or fees for changing or canceling an order, and the total amount will be refunded instantly to your Wallet Credit balance.
Every food operating partner in the Digital Diner platform operates with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certifications, ensuring that all food is handled with the highest level of care and food safety. This certification is required to service corporations, schools, hospitals, and government contracts at scale.

Your data is only used in accordance to our Data Privacy Policy, required for the essential fulfillment of services. The Digital Diner platform only works with technical partners that are ISO certified, and your data is managed in accordance to the strictest standards (European GDPR standards). For the Philippines, Kraver's is registered with NPC number PIC-007-248-2024.

If you have concerns related to your order, please send us an email at orders@kravers.com with a quick summary of your concern, including your Order Number, Delivery Date, Summary of Issue, and any photos of the concern (if applicable), and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If your delivery is not delivered within the time frame you have selected, please check with the Authorized Receiver at your designated drop off location (this is usually the receptionist, security guard, or HR admin). In the event that the entire order is delayed, the Authorized Receiver should be receiving live updates from our kitchen partners, with an updated ETA. If it is only your order that is late or missing, please check the Order Claim Form given to the Authorized Receiver, to see if any of your colleagues might've accidently claimed your food instead.
